Muhamed Khafagy (Medo for short) is the company’s owner and for our project dispatched Matt and Chris on Tuesdays through Fridays from the beginning of January through the end of February. The project took approximately two weeks longer due to a ceiling modification initiated by us and our being out of town for about a week on vacation. Medo and crew we’re very responsive, trustworthy and showed up on time. As with any project, we made some mid-course corrections which was met with the response, “we really just want you guys to be pleased with the job”. It’s was apparent they took pride in their work. One modification was to the already drywalled dropped ceiling in one of two rooms. Medo made the change and charged only for materials and not labor. Medo also made suggestions concerning electrical add-ons and ducting. We took his advice on tapping into the existing heating/air conditioning ducting to vent some conditioned air into the partially finished basement. This coupled with two fans will now provide nice airflow. Overall great guys and a great job. We would use them again for other projects.
