Overview
We are seeking a sales representative and office assistant to join our woodworking and coatings company to provide sales, administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills. The office sales/assistant will work closely with our woodworking and coatings team to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional sales support, and customer service to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Assist with sales of cabinets products, coating products, inventory management and ordering supplies
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service and handle any concerns or complaints
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the woodworking team as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Canva and AI knowledge is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, sales, and office support role
- Knowledge of woodworking terminology and processes preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Cabinet Finisher/Refinishing Technician
Full-time or Part-time | Compensation based on experience
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finisher/Refinishing Technician to join our woodworking and coatings team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finishing and refinishing wood surfaces, including cabinetry, using professional-grade equipment and coatings. This role involves preparing, spraying, and detailing wood products to achieve high-end results in both new and restoration projects. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking as needed
- Apply primers, stains, paints, sealers, and topcoats using HVLP and conventional spray systems
- Mix and match custom colors using water-based and solvent-based products
- Refinish previously installed cabinetry on-site or in-shop to match or enhance existing finishes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in spray booths and finishing areas
- Work closely with the production and coatings team to ensure timely and accurate project completion
- Conduct quality checks throughout the finishing process to ensure consistency and durability
- Maintain finishing equipment and tools, including spray guns, sanders, and pumps
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing finish products and coatings inventory
- Provide input on process improvements and material usage to enhance efficiency
Qualifications

Overview
We are offering a unique summer opportunity for 2–3 motivated college students passionate about woodworking, refinishing, or hands-on craftsmanship. This short-term internship is ideal for students seeking real-world experience in the trades while contributing to a high-impact project. Training is provided free of charge at our Tyrone, GA facility, followed by paid fieldwork during the project in Athens, GA.
This is a great chance to learn from professionals in the industry and gain valuable experience with wood finishing, surface preparation, coatings, and shop practices.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attend and complete unpaid hands-on training sessions in Tyrone, GA
- Assist in the preparation and refinishing of wooden components during the paid Athens-based project
- Learn to operate sanding and spray equipment under supervision
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members with tasks such as moving, staging, and prepping materials
- Follow instructions closely and work collaboratively to meet project timelines
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail in all work performed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
- Passion for woodworking, craftsmanship, and refinishing
- Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and work as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom carpentry, including cabinet installation, trim work, and detailed finish carpentry. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in both new construction and renovation settings.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, baseboards, and crown molding
- Install cabinetry, doors, panels, and hardware with precision and care
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and detailed project specifications
- Ensure accurate leveling, alignment, and secure fastening of finish components
- Conduct on-site adjustments and custom modifications as needed
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to maintain project timelines

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare wood and substrates by sanding, priming, and conditioning surfaces
- Apply coatings, stains, and finishes using spray equipment (e.g., ANEST IWATA, Apollo)
- Mix and adjust coatings according to specifications for proper viscosity and finish quality
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and cleaning of spray guns and finishing equipment
- Inspect surfaces to ensure even coverage, consistency, and defect-free finishes
